Shipping

All Sondha orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in New Delhi, India via UPS to the shipping address provided.

• Order processing normally takes 2 working days, but may take up to 10 days.
• Shipping normally takes 4–6 working days, although delays may occur.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will promptly inform you and refund the amount for the unavailable item.

Only one shipping address is allowed per order. Orders for multiple shipping addresses must be placed separately.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for non-delivery where a P.O. Box is provided.

If your package is undeliverable due to your non-availability, we cannot refund or resend the items.

Exchanges, Returns And Refunds

We do not exchange, return or refund products.
